Dead Heart

Im so afraid

What's going on

I don't usually do this

What have you done to me

Im crying my eyes out

Eyes so red I can barely see

Im in so much pain

I never thought it would come from someone in which together we had so much to gain

OUCH!

I clench my chest as the pain soars to every inch of my body

I can't move

I can no longer stop nor control the water rushing from my eyes

My body is tense & begins to curl as this throbbing feeling is being pushed from my heart

Im cold

Why?!

Is all I can scream out as I reach for the only one that can save me from this terror inside my heart

WAIT!

But your the origin from which the pain starts

I scream out NO is disbelief & begin begging you to stop

IM SORRY are the only words my lips can form as I begin drowing in my own tears

My mind races with thoughts and the continuous question of what I did so wrong

IM SORRY please make it stop

This piercing stab that grows deeper and deeper with every seconds of every minute and keeps intensifying until.........

SILENCE

The last tear has been shed &  the cold curled up body has ceased to move

Nope she's not dead..........but her heart is
