Dead Letters

Love lost from the ink of your pen to the paper. Your tears come showering down like the November rain, and your only thought is hope that he will write back. He doesnt answer your calls as you cry out his name over and over. Wishing he would answer you. Filled with pain and hurt you pick up a pen, grab paper, and an envelope. Lost inwords to cry too shaking in fear. You find the wrods deep in your heart and write them down with blood shot eyes that barely see. Put a stamp on it and tell it good-bye. Water marked with my broken tears. He saw your letter it is left for dead. The only call you got was the one hearing they found your unread letter. He left you a blood soaked letter. You fall to your knees and overdose in pain. Now both letters left unread remained buried and dead

My name is a Kayla. I am an active duty military police stationed on the East Coast. I transfered to Eastern Connecticut State Univerisity and will start full time this fall 2014. I am very excited to be a part of a great school. My major will be social work. I am a photographer, a poet, and an artist. There is nothing more amazing than being creative. The power of poetry and art can be very moving and gives you chills. I grew up on a farm and love the beauty of nature. I'm an advocate for Non-Gmo and organic foods.
