a dead rose in a living world

Blood O' so red and so warm

Why'd you have to leave me all alone?

a heart that use to be so full

Will soon only be stone.

someone who once cared to much

knowing id never care agian

tasted bitter sweet at first and only better in the end.

words of hate cloud my mind so

i hold my breath til dawn

just to get a glimps of the rising sun

O' trees with no leaves in the fall

tell me how do you get warm?

when standing out in the cold for so long

with no place to call a home

when the snow begins to fall do you feel anythhing at all?

they say youre living, as am i

but can you really feel anything at all?

....yeah neither can i.
