A Deadly Winter Night

Snow silently falls into the dead night,

Slowly covering the town with a white blanket.

You walk home in the dark, dark night.

The only sound in your ears is the crunch of the snow you walk upon,

Creaking noises give you a fright as you hurry on.

Wait!

You start to realize there’s more crunching than just

Yours.

Someone is following you!

You stop dad in your tracks,

Shaking.

You slowly turn around scared.

After you turn around you see nothing.

Just the sidewalk you once laid foot on and streetlights,

A chill ran down your back.

You turn back around and as soon as you started walking

The crunching starts again.

You hear the other person gaining on you.

You walk faster almost breaking into a run.

The person does the same.

You stop and turn around to see

Nothing.

You feel something big loom before you

You turn back around to a tall man before you.

He had black hair and was holding a

Knife.

You scream helplessly and

With one stab of a knife

He turn this white night

Into a deadly fright.
