Deafening Silence

Deafening silence ringing in my ears,

I can't take it anymore,

No!

I think i'll drown myself,

in this sea of tears,

whether it'd be mine or theirs,

the salt water of broken hearts,

on my lips,

in my lungs,

now I'm captain of this sinking boat,

credit to Ed

for that quote,

Say those words that'll

force me to go,

Rescue me,

Then i'll know

how to float.
