Deal
I've had enough of the bull from the boys
But they haven’t had enough from me.
They can look at my outer beauty
But it’s me that they lack to see.
Every time I put in my all
And every time I get hurt
The emptiness feels like crap
And I’m treated like dirt
Stressed sick at one point
Betrayal is always among
Because I looked for love too soon
I repeatedly sang the same song.
But with you I feel something new
Nothing the same
And nothing blue.
I gained the definition of a real man
And felt real love
You always put me and my emotions first
And nothing, but God, above
So now that we share a bond
And my heart holds you
Promise me this one thing
That you would remain true
Avoid betraying me
Never make me shed tears
Never lead my heart astray
To demolish what we built for years
If you feel that there is love elsewhere
Or you just do not feel like we can be
At least approach me generally
And tell me, don't flee
Loyalty is a big deal
Compassion I cherish
But if you dare touch another
What we have will perish
Put in all effort
As I do so
And if I feel anything less I’m obligated to let this go
Deal?????
