it's just some guy on which you depend
to aide in your health's descend.
for all you know, it's your sister's boyfriend,
it's the cousin of your best friend
it's where your money is spent
why you can't afford your rent
to go this overboard was never your intent.
You've never heard his voice, if he has an accent.
His name could be nick, john, kent or brent
he could be living in a tent
all you know is he's not pretend.
