Dealing with anxiety

Its the chills i feel that kill

The sense of fear

The feeling of being ill

I cant sit still

I feel my body shaking out of control

My voice silenced my head is out of thus world

I am nervous

I am hurting

Weak

Whiny

Like a kid

Can you not see

Can you not feel the pace of my heart beat

A train coming at full speed

What is it that i need

I bleed

I bleed

No not blood

But i still need a bandages

To stop the rush of pain

That pour

 And when it rains

All the broken bones become sour

The shaking of my head

Blurs my view

I don't see myself

Falling of the edge

Falling of the ledge

Stop looking at me because my heart cant stand the piercing of your eyes

If i look away its not that i don't like you

I just want to run from you and catch up to my heart

Because it races faster

I mean run faster

Run faster

The need to leave that's what anxiety is

Run for safety

You have shown your weakness

Your enemies are coming

Don't talk stop run

Don't stop run

Don't run

Run
