dear abuser
You shook me to the ground.
How do I stand to stay around.
You make me lose my mind.
Shame on me this is where I like to spend my time.
Here take this shovel bury my soul since my sanity is dead.
my body is a zombie so shoot in the head instead.
I've been long gone.
My heart hasn't been where it belongs.
I tried to remain strong.
But how could I?
You have been my addiction for so long.
come on I don't know why I keep doing doing this to me.
I've been blind from this pain.
no way I could see.
I've been drowning in lies.
Thinking, my life could be compromised.
That' when love started to stand by.
Helped me up and stayed by my side.
Yes, it took tears and a few lost years,
but here I am now.
Standing up loud and proud of who I became to be.
Love,
The survivor
