Dear America

Dear America

Do you hear your bombs blasting overhead?

Do you hear the little children crying,

Do you see them dead?

O America,

Open your eyes!

See the destruction you have created,

In the name of FREEDOM.

It does not look like freedom

To me.

Sweet America,

You have let yourself become corrupted.

You have strayed down that path,

The one of greed and riches:

Oil, jewels, and cash.

But, America,

The time is coming,

For you to take a stand.

Let the true meaning of freedom ring,

Let it be heard across your lands.
