Dear anxiety

Dear anxiety,
If I had to choose between you and me I would choose me
Because it takes a real woman to fight an illness that triggers
My whole entire body. You make me feel stressed out to the point I'm nervous. It's like you're taking over my whole entire body and I just wanted to say enough is enough. Let me take control of my body. Let me be the one to cry when I need to.
I feel like you're interfering in my body. It's like my nerve system
Is filled with emotion. Dear anxiety, I just wanted to tell you that I'm not afraid of you anymore.
