Dear Blankets
Dear Blankets...
Everyday passes
I live my life behind glazed eyes
Like glasses
My anxieties could eat me alive
I try to live up to perfect
How do you be perfect when you know you don't deserve it?
I hide in you
I feed the monster deep inside
With everything they tell me
They tell me lies!
Why can't I leave you without a terrible good byes.
But
I know I need leave
And it's time
I can't take comfort in you anymore
My farwells
