Dear Brother

I have letters I never sent,

Words I could never say

From my life you were absent

When I think about it, my world turns grey

Those thoughts I resent.

To push you away was not my intent.

I would finally see you walk through the doorway

Until to the hospital, I was sent away

Was it this which sent me into disorient?

I feel  it’s you I've betrayed

It was the pain I was trying to prevent

I just want to see you okay…

Someday.
