Dear Comparison
Dear Comparison,
You are so evident in everybody's mind. Minds that are too precious to be consumed by you. Why do we continue to listen to you even though we know that you are not worth our time. You consume the time of so many. You consume time that belongs to me. You make people feel like they are not worth anything, when they are worth everything. It is hard to get you off of our mind. There is a love-hate relationship that is so very present. I hate that you take away time that I could be sleeping, doing homework, being happy. You love to take away my time. I hate that I think about you. I dream of a world where you do not exist. I dream of a world where the little girl that is always thinking about you, is no longer thinking but living. Sh eis living in the present and loving herself. She is loving herself because she has always been worthy of being loved. I dream of a world where she believes that she does not HAVE to THINK about what she looks like compared to somebody else. I dream of a world where doesn't even CARE. I dream of a world where she is happy.
Sincerely,
The Girl
