Dear Dad

Dear Dad,

You may think life is hard,

but life is what you make it.

You have to live every day

like it’s your last.

You can’t waste your life away

you have to make the most of every moment.

When life throws you a curve ball

you catch it and move on.

You can’t stay stuck in the same old situations.

You have to take what life gives you

and go with it.

You may think love is the answer

to your problems.

It may be for some,

but for you it’s different.

You need to find meaning in life.

Find something that makes you happy.

You need to know that life

is what it’s cracked up to be.

You just have to live it.
