Dear Dad
Dear Dad,
When I was little I had you on a pedestal
And the time we spent together was unforgettable
But to be honest I don’t know how I feel about you anymore
I know you love me
But you being away has really hurt me to the core
You weren’t always there when I needed you
And with your actions and behavior, you really have no clue
How I have been affected and what I have been through
I graduate in a few months and I don’t even know if you will be there
Sometimes I feel like life just isn’t fair
Dad, please know my love for you will not go away
But I need to see you on my graduation day
Love,
Zee
