Dear dad
Sometimes i would wonder if you have died or if your still alive when we talked everything you told me was a lie and i can’t even survive on the hurt the pain in the blame that’s built up inside why aren't you here? I thought a father was supposed to be near
But of course your not and i can’t even burn the pain you have placed on my heart it’s all ripped apart dad are you there? Can you even hear me? You don’t respond that’s causing more pain I wish you would just open your ears
You weren't around at all
I was never worth your time
You left without staying in touch
You never came around
Never even called or texted
When i got older i found out my tears won’t worth it at all
You always made it seem like i came first when in reality i was your worst I don’t consider you as my dad Because everything i’ve been told was bad This is the side I never seen the only thing i can call you is a deadbeat
You left my mother working hard without your help and stressed in the worst way She stands there looking at me seeing her child sad and empty with a fatherless birthday and when i’m in school my teacher asks why i’m not making a father days present during arts and crafts
Your absence doesn't define me I Scream collage, marriage, and happiness with or without you!!
