Dear Daddy,
Dear Daddy,
I never really knew why you took your life.
It is always on my mind.
I can’t seem to leave it behind.
Why?
Because I lost the person I loved.
Daddy,
You were supposed to watch me grow up.
But now I’m haunted by your ghost.
Why?
Because I lost the one person that should have been there for me.
Daddy,
I wish you could know the pain I bare.
Why?
Because I lost everything.
Taking your life was a cowardly move
why?
Because you took your pain and left it for us to bare.
Daddy,
I’m depressed
Why?
I do not know.
Daddy,
I’m so tired of fighting
This f***ing battle
I have tried so hard
And look what its doing to your baby girl
Daddy,
The pain is too great
Sometimes its hard to make through the day.
Daddy,
You should know your little girl cries herself to sleep every night
Why?
Because she misses her mamma and her dad.
Daddy,
One day I’ll get to meet mamma
And I always promised that we would visit you.
