Dear Depression

Dear Depression,

I beg of you to leave

this soul of mine to grieve

for I cannot take this pain no more

for it is difficult to restore

the happiness of before.

This pain is killing me

it feels like I'm drowning in the sea

I beg once more for you to leave

for this petty soul to receive

a brief of happiness.

you make me feel less and stressed

all I want to feel is blessed not depressed

Sincerely, Your Victim
