Dear Depression and Anxiety

I'm tired of both of you getting me down.

All you do is make me sick and leave me feeling empty.

I'm not dealing with this anymore.

I'm growing up both mentally and physically.

I have too many dreams to just let life pass me by.

Starting today i'm going to have a more positive outlook on life.

You don't rule my life anymore.

I decide my future.

Today I start living.

Sincerely, an inspired art student
