Dear Destroyer of the future generations: Foster Care
Dear Foster Care System
You've made empty promises for years
I'm tired of your lies that keep holding us back
I won't let you be the knife that keeps us apart
For many years I've stood by and watched you rip lives apart
Lives of many that are too lost and afarid to speak their mind
Lives that are unaware of the destruction you have created and continue to build
Lives that have tried and failed to put a stop to your cruel ways
Lives that will be blind sided by how deep your scares run
But I will no longer stand by as you cut deeper into those children that have nobody
I will not let another child fall victim to you
You are no longer allowed to drown them into this endless cycle called foster "care"
You are no longer allowed to trick the community into thinking they are juvenilles
You are no longer allowed to seperate foster children from the community
You are no longer ruin our future generations
The power of commuity, love and education are stronger than you
