Dear Father,

Our first memory,

the courthouse yard

adoption hearing

the decisions not hard

i chose mom

and you chose drugs

now you're in jail

my heart feels no tug

you wont see my graduation

or any future celebrations

I hope you finally learn

To be the father your children deserve.
