Dear fears

You did it you won.

I’m beat you’ve defeated me. I have nothing left no where to hide,

you even find me in my sleep

You find me in the day you toucher me with soft whispers of what ifs

and they don’t care you trick me in to skipping meals promising it’ll make

me feel better you push me to my edge and tell me to keep a secret or

you’ll snend me to my doom.

I give up I’m done peeling for my life I’m done caring I’m done trying

you win you win you win . You made me feel in every single way

insignificant and fake yu made me see things in color you tricked me

in to taking the black and white for granted

I hate you

I hate you

I hate you

but your my only friend you know me so well just the things to say

you’ve made your self apart of me you  win In trying to get you out of my blood streams

I hurt my self and start to bleed out but not a signal part of you feels my pain

no your a Fox a clever clever fox you don’t need my body to live you crave something different

much deeper you crave my pain you crave my disasters you want my end

well here I am you win push me over the edge

claim your prize

I’m done
