Dear Friend

Stop what you're doing.

Take a step back.

Is this really how you want to act?

Take your head out of the book

Stop and breathe,

Just take a look.

The things you have shown me,

Have left me shook.

Go grab a bite to eat,

And go get some sleep.

You will feel so much better and refreshed.

And eventually start to feel your best.

You are smart enough to succeed,

No need to make yourself bleed.

Why do you do it?

Why can't you see?

We are all here for you,

No matter what it may be.

Even if it's geometry.
