Dear Future Me

Dear future me,

I know things are tough but you are tougher

Don't let anybody take over you or the road will be rougher

Rough to where you don't want to deal with it anymore but you have to

Rough to where it stresses you out and you don't know what to do

Nobody is going to hold your hand while you go through this

Nobody is going to guide you through this test

Everybody is judging you 

To see if you give up or go all the way through

Judging your every mistake

To see if you have what it takes

You have a talent

You have potential

You can't let anybody drag you down

You are doing this for you and you only

No one is helping you make it

People are doubting your every move

Prove them all wrong

Prove to them that you have what it takes

I know your past was anything but good

But your past does not define your future

Use that anger and hurt from your past to over come your challenges

You got this and you always will

This is your time to shine

Take it

Embrace it

Cherish it

Relish it

Nobody can take that away from you

Don't let them try
