Dear Goodbye

You left me, I know it wasn’t by choice. We never anticipated this. I needed you to be here and pain has become to much to bear. The emptiness is a pit with no bottom. Despondency is what I know, memories of you flood my conscious. When I hear that song I listen until the end because the last time we spoke I never listened to your goodbye.
