Dear Grampa

Gone too soon They all said If they'd known you It would be different We rubbed noses You told stories Of girls you dated And one room school houses I loved you But you were different Towards the end Forgot my name Not on purpose But I didn't recognize that I was angry And now you're gone Too soon And I'm too regretful To grieve properly But I do miss you A lot
