Dear Harry,

My heart belongs to you.

Like a photograph in a locket,

The love that I have for you is our beautiful little secret.

Though I easily break,

Like a thin piece of glass,

A glance at your eyes takes away the pain.

They're ethreal,

And remind me of who I am supposed to be.

The color of your lips remind me of the horizon

Which set on the day of our first kiss.

They tell me sweet nothings and vanishes the nostalgia,

That haunts me in the middle of the night.

Like clay,

You molded me into the woman I am today.

My scars are skin deep

And no longer bring burden upon me.

Now, my nights are filled with altruistic thoughts

And images of your hands around my waist,

That protect me from the evils of the world.

I am not the girl who once was afraid of her own demons

Only because

I love you.

Sincerely,

Me
