Dear Heaven

A beautiful Dream that soon turns to Nightmare

I wake as I feel tears rolling down my cheek

It's 4:25am

I lie in bed thinking of you

Your smile, Your voice

Your way of Living

Simply You,

What would it be like if you were here?

No one around me- I'm not alone

You are always with me

I'm scared I'll forget YOU-

It's the "What if's"

It's the "Remember when's"

It's your memory that keeps me going strong

Laughter that soon turns into a blank stare

It's been years since I've last seen you

I'm Reaching for the Moon

but I'm still amongst the Stars, they shine so bright

I feel you here

It's already April, what's one more year?

Dear Heaven,

You are the home of the angels I've lost

Keep them safe

Keep them warm
