Dear Jesus
Dear Jesus,
I'm so sorry we ignore you
And the ones who came before you
We need some hope in this troubled time.
Your word speaks truth in love
And gives comfort from above
Because you gave the ultimate gift this Easter
You never leave us broken
You always keep us hoping
For an eternity of praising your great name
You give us the blessing of your sacrifice on the cross
So we can go back out and help you save the lost
I'm sorry we reject you and push you to the side
But I want to serve you, Lord, with everything inside.
