Dear Journal

Dear Journal,

Love has too many paths to follow.

Walking in the rain,

Looking up at the dark clouds up above.

Rain drops will continue to drop,

For as long as our love will never be.

Sitting under the trees,

With closed eyes.

To imagine a life without you,

Clueless even inside.

I still dream of a better day,

To come out with greater memories.

Swinging in a park,

Knowing you're gone.

Holding back the tears,

Proving our love still exists.

Pacing towards the ground,

Reaching my hand way up high.

To bring back the love,

That once was lost.

Letting our fights,

Flow through my body.

That one tear will fall,

When dark clouds fade away.

Bringing sunlight,

to a miserable place.
