Dear Love
Dear Love,
Today I found you
in the way my first crush laid eyes on me.
I found you today in the way he asked me to hang out later.
In the way he told me he liked me too.
Dear Love, I found you in my first kiss.
In the way my body tingled when his hand touched mine.
I found you in the way his lips fit perfectly with mine.
Dear love, You made my life a little more bearable.
Dear Love, today you broke me.
Today you showed me that he didn't love me. That he lied to me.
You showed me what it was like to be broken.
You gave me my first taste of depression.
Dear Love, today you killed me.
You made pills look so much more apetizing than they should have been.
You kept encouraging me, "Three isn't enough, go big or go home!"
Today you killed me.
Today you came to see me, dear love.
Roses... my favorite.
Sit by me... think about why I'm farther underneath you than I ever was.
My love... you were worth every suffering second.
