I told you it looked nice

Lying of course but that didn't matter

I had a huge crush on you

And this was your first time speaking to me

We had met in the back stairwells during first period

Do you remember how nervous we were?

It was like a movie when two lovers meet

And they finally realize that they are in love

You leaned in slowly I followed your lead

Then it happens our lips finally meet

How about our first date do you remember that?

You took me to the movies

And then to IHOP

You were always spoiling me telling me to get whatever I wanted

By this time we both knew we were in love

And vowed to be together forever

I remember the day I told you I was moving away

We didn't know how we could deal with the distance

Distance didn't help

We would argue constantly about the dumbest things

Then for some reason, we found a way to add more distance than we already had
