Dear Ma'am Dear Sir

Dear friend, dear sir, dear madam, dear ma’am,

My wish today, may your life be well. God grant you life so kinder swell.

Today my life, in the day so glows, tidings of gladness of solemn reward.

Recently, a fellowship quickly restored, betwixt me and the Lord.

Now a peace, so clearly felt, in love with Christ, with me He dealt.

I am living now, with gladness high, by which it came, from God above.

Opportunities abound, for me now.

Piano so gracious, teaching so full.

My family is worn, in need of rest, for helping children, was our best.

So sad to say, but I now must go. Hold together my dearest friend, till we surely meet again.

Resting within the rock sublime, continue in peace of natural kind.

Till we see each other in present, dear madam, dear ma’am, take care today.
