Dear Mama
Dear Mama,
You’re the greatest mother to everyone
If life was a race, just know that you have won
I know you’re tired of everything that we put you through
Just want you to know we really appreciate you
We recognize all of the time that you have spent
And making sure you attended all our events
Nine to five, working every day of the week
Then you come home just hoping that you could sleep
I know you think we don’t care
And we realize that it is not fair
You say we won’t value you till you’re gone
But we know that you’re someone we count on
So to conclude you’re someone we look up to
And just wanted to let you know, mama we love you
