Dear Mama

Dear mama,

I can't believe you're gone. I just talked to you this morning. Why did

you have to leave me so suddenly? How is this possible? How did this happen?

Please come back.

Dear mama,

I know it's been a few months since we last talked, im sorry I'll try to write more

often. Life has just been so hard coping with this, we all just miss you so much.

We're only now starting to get a hang of things without you here. Still waiting

for you to come through the door one day and tell me this is all just a dream.

Please come back, I miss you.

Dear mama,

I need your help. I've lost all hope, motivation, and purpose. I don't know

what to do anymore. My grade's suck, my friends are asking why they don't see

me anymore. I just wish you were here to help. I hope I get better soon.

This is my most important year of high school I hope I can find the

motivation to fix the mess I've made.

Please come back, I need you.

Dear mama,

I just got high honor roll acknowledgment. I also got into my top choice, the University of

San Diego the other day. I've been doing great, senior year has been amazing. I feel bits and

pieces of  myself coming back every single day. Even though I'm not fully there yet,

I hope to be soon enough. Everyday is a new challenge but with you watching over

me, I know I'll get there. I know you want nothing more than for me to be okay again.

Please come back, I love you.

Dear mama,

I'm turning 18 this month. I look at pictures of us from when I was younger and can't

help but wonder were the time went. I look at pictures of you in amazement,

I've never met a woman as beautiful as you, you still astonish me. I can't help but

tear up when people tell me I look like you, that's the best thing anyone could ever

say to me. Prom is in a few months and then after prom I'm moving out to San Diego.

I've accomplished so much this year mom, I can't help but cry and wish you were here

to see it all, I've never wanted anything to make you proud.

I love you mama.

Love your daughter, Summer
