Dear me,

Whoever or wherever you may be,

You are strong, brave, and kind.

Don't let anyone take that from you,

You are just as much a man as any other man,

It doesn't matter who you were-

You can do anything, anything at all.

If you want to be a chef- do it

If you want to be an author- do it

if you want to make that show- do it

You don't have to fall into the abyss of self-doubt and loathing,
