Dear Me
Dear me,
You are who you choose to be,
In a world where others judge you,
Not knowing what you’ve been through,
Not seeing the struggle and how you made it,
A salvaged soul that God recreated,
The scars hidden by new strength,
Oceans of emotion, in depth and length,
You are this morning, it’s day one,
You are, in fact, whatever you want.
