Dear Melissa

Dear Melissa

My only desire is to see you grow

you think I might have forgotten you

but you are wrong you are all that I think day and night

I know you are mad since they I left

And I know that I don’t blame you

I left you home unprepared for how to survive and succeed in life

But remember I didn’t leave because I didn’t love you

I left so I can bring the tools and knowledge so you could succeed

I went away 8 hours from home

To learn and demonstrate that in order to succeed sacrifice must be made

I don’t ask for forgiveness because I do understand how you feel

Feeling abandoned and alone with no one to look forward too

All I wanted is to show you that in order to reach your dreams is to fight for them

Even though I only see you three months per year

I want you to know that the day I return home

I will be with you without leaving your sight

I will prepare you to learn and fight for your own dream

I will be there for you every step you take

And you knowing that I will be right behind you back to not fall

Dear Melissa

All I want you to know is the reason I left

Is to learn and prepare me

To teach and guide you

So, you could reach your dream

To help you face those obstacles

And to know you will always have me by your side

Your Sister,

Abigail
