Dear Misunderstood,

There once was a maiden and a green frog,

Both of whom who lived in the same facade, 

One wanted love, the other wanted life,

Both put forward each day with their best stride,

As fate would have it, their paths would soon cross,

Faced face to face, they were both at a loss,

The maiden saw merely a little frog,

If only she knew what’s beneath the smog,

With all hope, the frog tried to speak to her,

Of course he was left feeling beneath her,

His speech was returned with merely a laugh, 

How could a man like him ever bounce back?

Just as the maiden turned to walk away,

Behind the frog she saw a glimpse of ray,

She could not believe what next occurred,

It all had happened in such a big spur,

There it was, a frog transformed to a prince,

Dashing as he was, his looks made her wince,

She felt dismayed at her passed reactions,

If she knew, she would have changed her actions,

He would have given her a chance at love,

Married in riches for all days beyond,

But she had lost her chance, now all alone,

She could now do nothing but sit and moan,

The prince smiled as charming as can be,

And left the poor maiden in misery,

And just like that, our story is ending, 

Before it ends, lets all stop pretending,

All of us have judged a person or two,

And if only we knew what words can do,

All words are powerful within themselves,

So please think twice before you judge oneself,

Because one day that person could be you,

And to be like this girl is up to you.
