Dear Mom

I love our late night talks,

Our long walks,

The small judgments

Even our tiny little arguments.

I love our bedtime stories,

All of our memories,

Even our fights,

Mostly when you hold me tight.

You make me smile,

You make me laugh,

I’d travel a mile and a half,

Just for you.

You’re truly my best friend,

Until the end,

And I’m incredibly thankful

For you.

You teach me so much,

And as such, it keeps me out of trouble,

And that is why I love you double,

I’m very grateful for you.

You make me happy,

You make me sad,

But I am very glad,

You’re my mom.
