Dear Mom,

Your path and sanity violated by those who seemed to be innocent.

[My body and sanity violated by what seemed to be innocent men.]

Looks of ideal cannot and did not match the external energy.

[Looks of disgust cannot match my forgiving heart it is like a permanent mask.]

Miracles into mysterious darkness hovered over your guarded body.

[Demons into mysterious darkness hovered over my vulnerable body.]

Analyzing and revolving your mindset of what you know you’ve desired to have.

[Analyzing and revolving my mindset of what they thought was uncanny.]

Your brown coils prevailing your tresses.

[My brown coils prevailing my tresses.]

Your rich skin absorbing just enough.

[My caramel skin absorbing just enough.]

Anxiety, depression and rejection.

[Anxiety, depression and rejection.]

Predominantly molding you into a Queen.

Adjusting your crown so it shall not descend into the intolerant hands of those wishing defeat upon you, Mom.

[Predominantly molding me into a Queen.

Adjusting my crown so it shall not descend into the intolerant hands of those wishing defeat upon me.]
