Dear Mom

Dear Mom,

I know I have been a pain

And sometimes just a delite

Thank you for taking care of me

Forever from first light

I love you more than you would know

I hold you o so dear

But I must thank you once again

For keeping me safe and near

But when I grow wings and fly away

I will hold you in my heart

I will never let you go astray

Like you did for me from the start
