Dear Mom
Dear Mom thank you for your love
Nothing means more than embracing your hugs
When life gets hard you're always there
You give me support and endless care
I know its not easy being a single mother
Just know there is no one that loves you more than me and my brother
It hurts my heart to see you sob
It makes me sad to know that you have to work two jobs
I want to let you know that your hard work will not go in vain
I promise to work hard so that I can lighten your pain
Thank you Mom for all that you have done
And I want you to know that I am proud to be your son
I promise you and I will get through this stormy weather
Mom I hope that you love and cherish this letter
I want you to know that this poem has come straight from my heart
I also want to thank you for being here from the start.
