Dear Momma

Your love has never fallen short you have been there for my support

When you first brought me into this world you said that my eyes shine bright as the  moonlight

As I started to grow older you started to lecture me about life and how this life we live right   now can grow or fade

When I was down you lifted me back up even though there are ten of us in the house you were able to stay strong and even though your strength didn’t come from winning you are always strong

I feel bad when I back talk you because at the end it makes me feel guilty because  you are my Angel who watches over us since birth ‘til now

No matter what type of  relationship I have ‘’there is no woman alive that can take my mama’s place’’ because no matter if there is someone else in my life I’ll never give them the same love as I give to you

Even though sometimes it be hard and we get into fights you’ll always fix it at the end as well as I because you have been there for me since the beginning ‘til now and you still have my back ‘til now

‘’No matter the age you will always need your mother’’. Mom, you are everything because you are a teacher,therapist,you are a highly trained nurse when it comes to your babies being sick you are our healers of the aches and bumps on our skins to the warmth of our hearts

   Mamma you were the one who kissed me on my first breath, winked as I first opened my eyes, smiled when I made my first yawning. I will forever be grateful to you. For you are the one who guided me on this path of rightfulness I seek only your love which has taught me to love being myself as a person with a full heart as the ocean
