Dear Mother
Dear mother,
This is my final goodbye.
You watched from afar,
basking in my nightmares.
What is the thrill behind
watching your daughter suffer?
What pain was borne
from your cruel eyes
to find humour in my demise?
You can't conceive this notion
But I cannot take anymore.
Dearest mother,
You were never a mother to me.
