Dear Mr. Marine

Dear Mr. Marine, I'm praying for your safety, Don't fill my worst of fears. Even though I am strong, there's a river-perpetual tears. Love, Your daughter Dear Daughter, The rolling waves are comforting as they rock the ready ship. Reminding me how I used to rock you as I held you at my hip. Don't worry, my little girl, Don't let your tears be seen. I'll be home before you know it, Love, Your fighting marine
