Dear Mr. President

Dear Mr. President, are you really blind?

You look around at all this hatred and still pay it no mind.

Dear Mr. President, are you really deaf?

There's people dying, communities crying, and we're being crushed under all this stress.

Dear Mr. President, do you even care?

Victims of hate crimes are rising in numbers...we bow our heads in prayer.

Dear Mr. President, please say something right.

Black, Muslim, Jewish or gay...we just want to survive the night.
