Dear Mr.Pretender

Dear Mr. Pretender,

I'm sorry, but I couldn't hear you clearly.

Your lips were moving, but your words were dreary.

I asked you once, where have you been?

I had doubt in your answer, but I didn't ask again.

Did you expect me to believe you were with your guys?

Ha, I dare must say, that lipstick on your cheek did match your tie.

You played me like a fool; how could I not notice?

I've been busy watching our two kids; I guess I lost focus.

The silence between us is clear, your chance to come clean.

Remember the times we had? We were a great team...

I'm sorry for the smudges, I must've spilt some water.

Write back soon, unless you don't care about losing me and your daughters.

                                                                                                   Sincerely,

                                                                                          Ashes From Beauty
