Dear My Dear

Dear my dear,

I dare you to hear,

To listen to the fear

Let it drive you

Past the point of being blue

Into the fire

The flames consuming the pews

That you use to pray

For peace

Silence was a release

Until it became too loud

So bask in the heat

Of your fears

Consume rather than be consumed

Live rather than exist

And try not to let the silence

Become insolence
